Job Responsibilities:

• Provide a comprehensive range of corporate secretarial services to clients.
• Assist with the incorporation of new companies, registration of Singapore branches and other entities, and the striking off of companies, ensuring compliance with the Singapore Companies Act and other relevant legislation.
• Handle e-filings with ACRA.
• Responsible for preparing resolutions for directors and shareholders, completing statutory forms, and managing other corporate secretarial matters, such as opening bank accounts and updating bank signatories.
• Support the KYC (Know Your Client) process and assist with onboarding new clients globally, while liaising and coordinating with third parties (such as auditors and accountants) on behalf of clients.
• Maintain and update statutory registers and records, including the Register of Controllers and Register of Nominee Directors.
• Perform any other corporate or ad-hoc tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Business Management, or Law.
• ICSA qualification or current enrollment in the SAICSA course (preferred but not mandatory).
• Relevant experience in corporate secretarial firms.
• Familiarity with the provisions of the Singapore Companies Act is an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; a strong team player.
• Self-driven and proactive, with the ability to work independently and efficiently under tight deadlines.
