The Project BIM Coordinator (PBC) is responsible in managing and coordinating BIM activities across project stages, ensuring design accuracy, efficiency, and collaboration. Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architectural, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering.
• Certified with Specialist Diploma in Building Information Modelling (BIM) by BCA Academy and any BIM authoring software’s modelling course by the software vendor’s authorized training provider. Candidate certified with Digital Delivery Lead (DDM Tier 2) will also be considered.
• Minimum 6 years of working experience in design engineering, construction engineering or integrated digital (IDD) project management
• Minimum 5 years of BIM experience as a Project Level BIM Coordinator role in large scale or infrastructure project
• Completed at least one full cycle at design phased or construction phase.
