2. Liaise with clients, insurance companies, experts, and third parties to negotiate settlements, and ensure the smooth progression of cases.
3. Answer client queries related to their case and advise on the steps needed to resolve the matter.
4. Conduct legal research into relevant case law, statutes, and regulations in the areas of personal injury and property damage law.
5. Draft legal documents such as claims forms, statements of case, witness statements, medical reports, and correspondence.
6. Prepare settlement letters, including proposed amounts for damages, and assist with the negotiation of settlements.
7. Assist in calculating the value of claims, including medical expenses, loss of earnings, and damage to property.
8. Assist solicitors in preparing for court hearings, including preparing bundles, organizing evidence, and coordinating with witnesses.
9. Ensure that all work is compliant with applicable legal and regulatory requirements, including client confidentiality and data protection laws
