A. Main Responsibilities

1.Responsible for all on-site technical and engineering matters and drafting.

2.Ensure works carried out meet company’s quality standards & contractual requirements.

3.Involved in project planning, monitoring project progress and schedule.

Including prepare work plan, schedule, preparation all the related work procedure/method statement, job safety analysis, technical clarification , resources management and procurement arrangement .

4.To co-ordinate with the client, consultant, sub-contractors on all project aspects and need be, to provide all technical and non-technical resolutions followed by documentation.

Include attending all progress meeting.

5.Assisting Project Manager in monthly progress claims and monthly progress reports.

6.Ensuring supervisors, foremen, workers and sub-con meets client & regulatory work requirements.

7.Ensuring Environmental, Safety and Health practices are carried out at all times.

8.Other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time

Job Responsibilities:

• Planning, implementing, managing, monitoring and upgrading security measures for the protection of DCS's data, systems and networks.
• Participate in compliance audit activities
• Formulation, review, and update of information security-related company policies
• Vulnerability testing, monitoring and reporting systems.
• Responding to all security and data breach incidents.
• Ensuring that all the organisation's data and infrastructure are protected by enabling the appropriate security controls.
• Testing and identifying network and system vulnerabilities.
• Working, liaising, and collaborating with security vendors.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems Management, or a related field.
• Have a good understanding of Risk Management, Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity and IT Regulatory Compliance.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCISO, or relevant are highly desirable
• Knowledge of MAS TRM & PCI DSS is advantageous.
• Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills in English and is proficient in Mandarin.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in Information Security.
• Experience in Security Awareness Trainings, VA, DLP, MDM, AD, Office 365 Security, Endpoint & Application Security.

IT Security Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Security Specialist with expertise in the insurance industry to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of sensitive information within our organization. The IT Security Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain robust security measures, compliance standards, and risk management practices specific to the insurance sector.

Responsibilities:

· Support development, implement and enforce security policies and procedures in alignment with industry regulations and best practices.

· Monitor and assess compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR) relevant to the insurance sector (familiarity with SOC).

· Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify and mitigate potential security threats (VAPT).

· Develop and implement strategies to manage and respond to security incidents effectively.

· Design, implement, and maintain secure network architecture and infrastructure.

· Ensure the security of servers, databases, and other critical systems used in insurance operations.

· Implement and manage robust identity and access control measures to safeguard sensitive insurance data.

· Regularly review and update user access permissions based on business needs and principle of least privilege.

· Develop and maintain an incident response plan for swift and effective resolution of security incidents.

· Conduct digital forensics investigations to identify the root cause of security breaches and recommend preventative measures.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

· Proven experience as an IT Security Specialist in the insurance industry.

· In-depth knowledge of insurance sector regulations and compliance requirements.

· Experience with risk assessment methodologies and tools.

· Proficiency in implementing and managing security solutions, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and antivirus software.

Certifications (Preferred):

· Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)

· Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)

· Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)

· Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
