Responsibilities

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT security, with a focus on implementing security solutions for clients or in a consulting role.
• Proven track record of leading and delivering successful security projects, from initial planning to final implementation.
• Experience working directly with clients to define security requirements, provide technical advice, and deliver tailored security solutions.
• Strong experience with a variety of security technologies, including firewalls, VPNs, SIEM, endpoint protection, encryption, IDS/IPS, and cloud security.
• Solid knowledge of networking protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS) and system security concepts.
• Hands-on experience with security tools such as vulnerability scanners, SIEM systems, firewalls, and endpoint protection platforms.
• Familiarity with cloud security frameworks and practices, particularly for AWS, Azure.
• Scripting and automation skills (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash) are a plus for customizing solutions and automating tasks.

• Assists Lead Engineer in developing concept for new project work;
• To develop Civil & Structural framing plans, layouts from concept stage to basic engineering stage to further detailed engineering stage for smaller to larger projects;
• Assists Lead Civil and Structural Lead in developing Civil and structural details, drawings, calculations, specifications for larger projects;
• Works independently in the detailed design, specifications, and calculations;

• Requirements

Reporting to the Deputy Head of Legal, the Legal Counsel will assist and provide a range of legal support to the in-house Legal Department and will be required to perform diverse tasks and communicate with different departments within the Company as well as external parties.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively managing or being a core member of the deal team for, aircraft leasing, aircraft delivery and aircraft sale transactions to ensure swift and efficient closings. Tasks will include drafting and revising principal, ancillary and delivery documents and running conditions precedent processes.
