Responsibilities

• Liase with Architects, Clients and other Consultants for the design of structural and civil Engineering works.
• Design , coordinate, manage and supervise the civil & structural project that has been assigned.
• Perform structural analysis and design including drafting in building or any structures as required by the project.
• Liase with clients & consultants to meet C & S requirements for submissions to local authorities.
• Coordinate to ensure civil and structural requirements is meet for project tender,submission and construction schedule.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering.
• 1-2 experience in Structural Design and able to work independently will be preferred.
• Entry Level Candidate without experience are welcome to apply.
• Knowledge in AutoCad & Structural Software e.g. STAAD. Pro, Orion, Esteem, MidasGen, Etabs, etc will be advantage.
• Good positive working attitude, self-motivated and responsible.
• Salary will be commensurate based on working experience.

Job Description

The Company Secretarial Assistant will support the APAC Company Secretariat team in delivering best practice governance for our APAC entities as well as ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation/regulation.

The position will require a company secretary with a minimum of 3 years experience who will be able to work efficiently in an expanding ambitious company.

Key Responsibilities of the Role:

• To provide a full governance and secretarial service to the APAC legal entities
• To own/support on a portfolio of APAC legal entities and provide full Company Secretariat support
• Help to design and deliver corporate governance and company secretarial standards
• Be involved in governance projects that sit across the APAC and Global Company Secretariat team
• Interact with stakeholders on all aspects of corporate governance
• Horizon scan to ensure APAC is to up to date with all relevant developments in company secretarial practice, law and regulation and support the APAC Company Secretary in developing best practice as a result of these changes
• Contribute to Legal team strategy and planning
• Liaise with contacts and external service providers for Company Secretariat
• Be responsible for the APAC entities on Diligent entities and Diligent Boards
• Any other relevant duties

Qualifications

What we are looking for:

• CGI qualified or international equivalent with 3 years experience
• Experience gained in an international financial services, professional services provider or technology company would be beneficial
• Understanding how to navigate the requirements of a growing dynamic company
• Proficiency in Diligent Boards and Diligent Entities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills at all levels
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Flexible approach with attention to detail
• Willingness to work in the office three days a week (exceptions can be discussed)

Role Summary

To be responsible for leading and developing the team while expanding Sophos' presence and growth in the region. The Regional Senior Director Sales ASEAN, Greater China & Korea will be responsible for developing strategies and plans plus managing the go-to-market priorities and operational execution toward scale and continuous growth including the implementation of systems, processes, and sales disciplines, as well as the hiring demands, and retaining the brightest and best personnel. This senior leadership position leads and facilitates strong cross-functional collaboration across all areas of how Sophos goes to market and delivers outcomes for customers and partners.

What You Will Do

• Ensure a clearly defined process and methodology exists within the sales organization, with accountability for
• forecasting and delivery, along with managing the appropriate visibility into the sales pipeline
• Build a strong relationship with the sales team that creates a bond in the team and a commitment to “win” in the market
• Lead the sales team to acquire new and significant customers and partners across the region
• Lead the team to develop, implement and execute a sound strategic plan designed to achieve the growth goals
• Oversee the development and implementation of partner programs to facilitate accelerated growth and profitability
• Rapidly gain acceptance within the client’s major customers and partners as a strong, professional manager who can provide clear leadership for the business in the region

• Lead the development and execution of account strategies in ASEAN. Install a discipline in the team where this becomes second nature

• Establish and develop broad, high-value key client and partner executive relationships
• Constructively pursue the leading sales and sales engineering talent in the region who are going to be high performers and being able to meet financial objectives in a short space of time
• Drive employee satisfaction by leveraging key talent development tools, employee surveys, and compensation and rewards systems. Develop a plan to manage turnover at all levels
• Ensure corporate infrastructure is in place to support growth and local/global initiatives
• Develop and execute local strategic initiatives to achieve region objectives aligned with global initiatives
• In accordance with corporate guidelines, establish appropriate local policies and practices
• Maintain appropriate reporting systems to participate in meetings and business reviews
• Represent the region internally and with the global executive and cross-functional business units

Essential Experience

• An applicable and progressive track record of 10+ years in sales and channel management for mid-market and enterprise technology products
• Proven experience in blue chip/world-class players in the security software space
• Strong experience in scaling a business in a period of high growth
• Proven and substantial achievement in leading a successful sales organization within a Mid-cap or Enterprise software company
• Track record of success leading sales teams across ASEAN with a similar span and coverage model to what we have today in Sophos i.e., country managers in the larger countries (with their sales teams of 3-6 or more reporting to them in SGP, MT, PH and 1-3 people in the other countries)
• Achievement of success in growing revenues above-market growth
• Experience with managing a channel organisation and building Partners & Alliances within an organisation.
• Strong hands-on experience in Singapore, the Philippines, Malaysia
• Greater China track record preferred (Hong Kong and Taiwan)

Desirable Experience

• Revenue responsibility north of $35m
• Successfully having helped the ASEAN region to grow from first line managers to second line managers
• Proven track record of attracting customers from SMB filed

• Strong and recent relationships with decision makers (both customer and partner) in the ASEAN/GC Region

As a Security Engineer, the portfolio includes responding to intrusion alarm system activation, performing maintenance service, commissioning of alarm systems. Attending to customer request on alarm and card access systems and conducting patrols at night. You are required to work on 12-hr rotating shift.

You should possess at least a Higher Nitec with a high level of energy, good interpersonal communication skills and a valid class 3 license. 1-2 years working experience, those who obtained Enhanced Basic Security certification will be an added advantage.

Monthly gross salary from $2,820 to $3,270 (16 Shifts a month / 12-hr rotating shifts)

Annual Leave : starts with 8 days, additional 1 day each year from 3rd year till max 14 days

(1 day=1.5 days of a normal 5 work week staff)

AWS : 1-mth

Good Performance incentive : $400 (payout every month)
