All the responsibilities we will trust you with:
- · Run the day-to-day business operations to ensure accurate revenue forecast and plan
- · Issue and update service reports daily
- · Check and scan Project Management checklist
- · Ensure data accuracy and provide timely updates in SAP
- · Support Maintenance department in the creation and processing of orders
- · Check stock availability, raise purchase requisition and follow up on delivery status
- · Issue equipment to Engineers/Contractors
- · Follow up with Engineers/Vendors/Contractors on project status
- · Ensure accuracy of information and preparation of reports prior to billing
- · Prepare quotations for Maintenance engineers and send to customers
- · Other general tasks as required
Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:
- · Diploma graduates / ITE / O levels are welcome to apply
- · At least 2 year(s) of working experience in project management/maintenance environment
- · Proficient in Microsoft Office applications especially Excel (Intermediate level)
- · Knowledge of SAP and ITSM tools is an added advantage
- · Result-oriented with good interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving skill, meticulous, proactive and resourceful
- · Location – Central West
