Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients and oversee their corporate secretarial needs.
• Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, SGX Listing Rules, and other statutory requirements.
• Maintain and update registers, minutes book, and statutory records.
• Prepare notices, minutes and resolutions for board and shareholders meetings.
• Coordinate and facilitate the Annual General Meetings and Extraordinary General Meeting.
• Liaise and coordinate with clients on Annual Returns and other statutory filings.
• Advise on corporate governance and regulatory matters.
• Assist with client onboarding and conducting of Customer Due Diligence / Know Your Clients checks.
• Assist with ad-hoc corporate secretarial matters from time to time.

Key Skills and Experience

• Experience in an established CoSec practice, ideally 3 to 5 years within a professional service environment
• ICSA qualification is essential and membership with SAICSA will be highly regarded
• In-depth ACRA and SGX Listing Rules knowledge as well as general working knowledge of other corporate entity management platforms (eg. CAS 360)
• Enthusiastic about providing exceptional client (external and internal) service
• Strong commercial awareness, financial aptitude and with the integrity to handle highly confidential information appropriately
• Excellent communication skills and high levels of interpersonal skills, and of course, able to stay calm under pressure
• Organised, conscientious and highly detail-oriented and
• Technically competent and importantly, an ability to use your initiative to adapt and think laterally
• Enjoy being a team player, with a flexible and can-do attitude and approach

The Essentials

• This role is part of our fee-earning team and is a business partnering role within our Corporate team.

• Our Firm operates under a 'Mobile Working' arrangement. As such, and with due consideration for the needs of the business, requirements for in-office activities as well as maintaining strong engagement with the team and colleagues within the office, the Corporate Secretarial Executive/Senior Corporate Secretarial Executive will have the opportunity to divide their time working in or external to the office.
• Business hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm however given the nature and scope of the role, flexibility in availability is required.
• We provide 21 annual leave days per annum + an annual "Wither's Day"

Senior Resident Technical Officer (SRTO - Civil & Structural/Geotechnical)

a. Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience as an RTO.
• At least 8 years must involve supervising works of similar complexity, particularly major construction projects involving buildings, tunnels, deep excavation, and foundation works, including the installation and monitoring of instruments and data collation.

b. Qualifications:

• Possess a Diploma in Civil, Structural, or Geotechnical Engineering from a recognized Polytechnic or equivalent institution.

c. Accreditation:

• Accredited by the Joint Accreditation Committee of the Institution of Engineers Singapore and the Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore.

d. Certification:

• Possess a Building Construction Supervisors Safety (BCSS) certificate.

e. Knowledge:

• Be conversant with statutory codes and site supervision requirements, quality control procedures, construction administration, and submission of progress reports.

f. Skills:

• Demonstrate strong analytical abilities and effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Competent in maintaining accurate and updated site records on project progress.

g. Attitude:

• Proactive in resolving and managing site issues with strong teamwork and collaboration spirit.

• Must be willing to work shifts.

Job Scope:

• Monitor CCTV and report abnormality.
• Register by scan QR code to updating the entry and exit records of visitors in the electronic visitor system (Monday.com)
• Manage driveway to ensure smooth flow of traffic.
• Routine patrolling to ensure safety and security around the premises.
• Receive incoming letters or goods delivered and bring up to office or store.
• Daily record water and electricity meter reading.
• Daily record dormitory aircon meter reading.
• Maintain cleanliness at the lobby area.
• Daily cleaning and light up candle at prayer table.
• Water the vegetables and plants.
• Sweep floor.
• Clean toilet.
• Take Charge of decorations annual events. (Example: Christmas and CNY)

• Security products implementation (Products such as Cyberark Privileged Access Management, Conjur Enterprise Secrets Management)
• Design, build and implement Privileged Access Management for our customers
• Adopt recommended project lifecycle Management
• After sales support such as product incident escalation and technical support (24x7 SLA)
• Conduct user training and knowledge transfer session
• Integration of different security products
• Keen in cyber security domain

Requirements

• Strong analytical, problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong coding/scripting/software development knowledge preferably with python (Must have)
• Knowledgeable in Cloud Services (AWS/Google Cloud), containers, stacks, Kubernetes, Dockers
