Your responsibilities include:

• Conceptualise engineering design and execute the project with the detailed designs.

About the Role

• Lead the Building operation team to maintain, repair and improve the Civil, Structural & Building elements at Sports Hub.
• To ensure the Schedule Facilities Planned Maintenance program (SFPM) is carried out as planned with the support of various venue teams.
• To minimize the unavailability deduction and service shortfall resulted from facilities by ensuring PPM and other ad hoc request works are carried out regularly and timely.
• To manage Building related Total Asset Management (TAM) cases and put in place effective control process.
• To ensure maintenance works and reports (such as Grease Traps) are carried out and submitted timely, adhering to the FM contractual requirements.

• To ensure Building related defects are being addressed by DSPL

• Effective control of Overtime to manage Manpower cost
• To manage contractors to ensure work quality, safety and delivery
• Appointed as a sub-committee work group team member, actively involved in all the SSH asset life cycle program. Key involvement to work and coordinate with Asset Future for SSH assets re-registration program.
• Appointed as part of the ISO team (as the Environmental Representative) to handle both internal and external audits.

About You:

• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in Facilities Management.
• Knowledgeable and competent in Civil structural, building & fabric related repair works & maintenance.
• Strong team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to works under minimal supervision, perform under pressure, proactive.
