This role is to deliver algorithms, prototypes/simulations, patents and contributions to standards.

Research on teleco technology network communication protocols and functions basing on new security and privacy technologies to support the teleco technology security architecture design.

• Identify the opportunities of applied cryptographic algorithms for teleco technology scenarios and capabilities, and design the adaptive crypto schemes, to satisfy the quantum-safe communication, privacy computing, hyper reliable and low-latency communication etc.
• Design the adaptive consensus mechanism and smart contract solutions for teleco technology native distributed ledger schemes, including protocols, functions, services and capabilities of terminal sides, radio access network and core network with integration of satellites, short-distance communication network.
• Design teleco technology AI adaptive security and trust solutions and build up the relative security detection schemes/methodology.
• Develop/simulate new stacks for teleco technology network communication basing on teleco technology protocols.
• Write proposals for standardization bodies.
• Collect, analyze and deliver the survey reports on emerging security and privacy technologies.

Desired Skills

• New protocol design or protocol reconstruction experience in one or more of the following network protocols, teleco technology, Wi-Fi, Satellite, and TCP/IP/UDP.
• Research experience in one or more of the fields, cryptography, privacy computing, trusted computing, privacy preserving, blockchain, smart card, AL, and vulnerability analysis etc.
• Experience in standard development is a plus.
• Experience in NFV/SDN/EC is a plus.

My client is currently looking for a Regional Legal Counsel to be based in Singapore.

1. Legal & Contract Management

• Provide proactive internal legal services, including transactional support and negotiation covering all legal areas relevant to the Company’s business
• Ensure full compliance with HQ Legal policies and regulations
• Act as liaison between Legal Team and other employees, operating departments and bodies
• Handle daily office administration and management
• Liaison with external legal counsel, evaluation of legal service received.
• Use of the intra-company Legal Service System
• Develop and implement contracts filing and management system(for original hardcopies and soft copies in legal service system)
• Prepare work plans and coordinate scheduling and timely completion of work for all legal support personnel.

2. Legal Risk Management & Compliance Training

• Full contract management (drafting, revision, negotiation, and providing advice).
• Full dispute management (claim, litigations, arbitration, administrative, resolution, appeals, reporting to HQ Legal)
• Accurate and timely management of all Contingent Liabilities.
• Corporate Housekeeping – manage corporate documents.
• Coordinate and provide legal & compliance awareness trainings to management, employees and third party vendors/contractors.
• Manage training history and data for both online & offline learning record.
• Develop training curriculum (ad hoc)
• Draft training materials and provide (onsite) training.

To Qualify

Job Role & Responsibilities

• Drive the security design in the Group. Develop security reference architecture and design patterns that can be adopted as part of the enterprise standard and building blocks. Promote the use of standard security controls and design patterns across the organization.
• Conduct security architecture reviews across Group wide projects to ensure that effective security controls are built in and aligned to reference design.
• Identify design gaps in existing or new systems and drive the review, evaluation, and recommendations of security controls to address the risks.
• As a trusted subject matter expert, provide security advisories to stakeholders at all levels in IT and Non-IT teams. Communicate security requirements for IT systems across various security domains such as Data, Network, Workload, Cloud and Application security.
• Support the Group’s information and cyber security strategy. Represent Group IS Department, support the architecture development community and participate in related technology working groups.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Information Security, Computer Science/Engineering or related discipline.At least 10 - 15 years of relevant security experience across security domains such as Application,Cloud, Data, Application, Workload, Network, Identity & Access Management (IAM), Vulnerability Management and Security Monitoring in large and complex environment such as MNCs and Financial Institutions.
• Deep knowledge and hands-on experience in one or more of the following domains.Application Security. Banking system security, web application security, API security, authentication/authorization protocols, etc.
  Infrastructure Security. Networking, Operating systems, Databases, Zero trust, Security monitoring solutions and Cryptography, etc.
  Cloud Security/DevSecOps. Cloud native environment such as public cloud, containers, serverless. DevSecOps practices and tools for integrating security into CI/CD pipelines, etc.
  
• Good understanding on key aspects of IT lifecycle including strategic planning, application development, implementation & support, IT infrastructure and operations, vendor management, IT audit, risk management and business continuity planning.
