JOB DESCRIPTION

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure press coverage and manage public perceptions
• Write, edit, and distribute press releases to share important company news and announcements with external audiences
• Assist in managing and responding to any public relations crises or negative media coverage to protect the company’s reputation
• Plan and coordinate company events such as press conferences, media briefings, and public engagement initiatives to enhance brand visibility
• Ensure consistent and positive messaging across all communication channels, maintaining alignment with the company’s values and objectives
• Oversee the company’s social media platforms, crafting engaging content, responding to inquiries, and monitoring public sentiment
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clear and effective communication within the organization, including employee newsletters and announcements
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, clients, and partners, ensuring transparent communication
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and public opinions to identify opportunities and threats for the company’s public image
• Track and report on the effectiveness of PR campaigns, media coverage, and public perception, adjusting strategies as needed for improvement

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
