8. Creating new HR policies and updating the existing ones.
9. Overseeing the employee's termination process.
10. Counseling employees as and when required.
11. Conducting exit interviews to identify the reason for termination/resignation.
12. Organizing events and conferences for the employees.
13. Managing workplace safety issues and complaints.
14. Maintaining and recording employee attendance.
15. Adhering to all the company’s rules and regulations.
