Position Overview:
The Service Delivery Manager for Cyber Security is responsible for managing the delivery of high-quality cyber security services to clients. This includes overseeing security operations, incident response, service level agreements (SLAs), and client satisfaction. The role involves collaborating with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure services are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Service Delivery Management: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of cyber security services, ensuring compliance with contracts and SLAs. Monitor service performance and resolve incidents and vulnerabilities.
Incident & Problem Management: Lead incident response, ensuring quick resolution and preventive measures for recurring issues. Track and document incidents and resolutions.
Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and providing tailored solutions to security challenges. Continuously improve service delivery.
Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead a team of security professionals, ensuring alignment with business goals and providing training and resources to enhance team performance.
Risk & Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with security standards (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR) and perform audits to mitigate risks and close compliance gaps.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate regular reports on service delivery metrics and performance against SLAs.
Budget & Resource Management: Assist in budgeting and resource allocation to ensure efficient project completion within budget.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Cyber Security, IT, or related field.
- 5+ years in cyber security or IT service management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Knowledge of cyber security frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST).
- Experience in security operations and incident response.
- Familiarity with security technologies (firewalls, SIEM, endpoint protection, cloud security).
- ITIL certification is a plus.
