Key responsibilities and accountabilities

Safety

The primary focus of this role is to support the company’s sales transactions by providing expert legal advice, managing contract reviews, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate and timely legal counsel to management on topics including NDAs, vendor registration processes, codes of conduct, master agreements, and sales and purchase contracts.

• Collaborate with the Sales and Product Management teams to draft and finalize contract wording and content.
