Responsibilities

• To participate in the development and implementation of Singapore Academy of Law's (SAL) strategic plans, including monitoring the execution of action plans, tracking and reporting of corporate KPIs.
• To engage and communicate KPIs and targets to relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment across the organisation to achieve the desired goals and outcomes.
• To conceptualise, organise and manage appropriate strategic planning activities for SAL senior leadership, including management planning retreats, annual strategic reviews, etc.
• To assist in data visualization / analytical cross-divisional projects and development of analytics literacy program including research, creating material for workshop and providing administrative support.

Skills & Qualifications

· Manage the creation and maintenance of business roles systems to ensure accurate translation of Business Process to Master Roles in SAP S/4 HANA and FIORI systems as well as timely updates to system access to meet changes to statutory requirements

· Manage the Access Risk through Segregation of Duty (SoD) Ruleset and ensure that any changes in the satellite systems are not moved into Production before completing SoD analysis on the changes.

· Manage the Emergency Access Management (EAM) module to ensure any access in Production are made through the EAM module using authorised Firefighters IDs and the list of Critical Transaction Codes are updated whenever new SAP modules are implemented.

· Support the Risk and Governance Secretariat, ensuring that the SoD framework is upheld and strictly adhered to always.

· Conduct trainings to advise business owners in their SAP system access review on how to sieve out any unauthorised access from the review, and users on how to use the Access Request Management (ARM) module.

· Update the Segregation of Duty (SoD) Ruleset and Mitigation Controls once the Risk and Governance Committee approves any changes requested by business.

· Prepare timely and accurate reports and analysis for reporting to Management, and for Audit review. Qualifications/Experience · At least 2-3 years' of SAP Security Technical Experience with understanding of Authorisation

· Concepts, Segregation of Duties (SoD), Risk Analysis and Role Remediation.

· Must have experience handling security related tasks (SU25 and related tasks) post SAP version upgrade or Enhancement Pack update.

· Must have experience in Security and GRC Access Control, preferably up to 12.0.

· Possess experience in SAP S/4 HANA and FIORI.

· Possess experience related to security tasks in both cutover and post implementation support.

· Experience in making effort & duration estimates based on requirements, design, testing, and implementation including data mapping, and interface is added advantage.

· Minimal Bachelor of Bachelor or above degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar preferred.
