As part of BOSCH’s business expansion strategy, our Security Solutions Business Unit is seeking for a technical competent Service Systems Engineer to join our team in Singapore office.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality service and support for CCTV and Card Access security systems, ensuring operational reliability and effectiveness.
• Demonstrate proficiency in diagnosing and resolving issues with security systems, leveraging a solid understanding of both practical and theoretical principles.
• Conduct preventive maintenance checks and services to anticipate and prevent system failures, ensuring continuous protection.
• Responsible for the backup of camera images and maintaining the integrity of security systems to prevent any compromise.
• Anticipate potential delays in service response times and make necessary arrangements to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Effectively prioritize daily tasks and support duties to ensure timely completion and high levels of service.
• Maintain and enhance customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.

Qualifications

• Diploma, Nitec or Higher Nitec in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or a relevant field.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in security systems (e.g., Genetec, Milestone, Avigilion, Lenel, Gallagher, Hikvision) is preferred. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
• Experience in troubleshooting CCTV, Card Access security systems, Intruder Detection Systems, and PV systems.
• Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English.
• Demonstrated discipline in Electrical, Electronic, and IT practices.
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to manage client expectations and deliver superior service.
• Singapore Citizen and Singapore Permanent Residents only.
• Must be able to be on standby for rotating night shifts and weekends.

  i. $3,940 to $4,640 (armed)
  Bonus of $45,000 paid in tranche
  ii. $2,920 to $3,520 (unarmed)
  iii. Bonus of $35,000 paid in tranche
