Direct Responsibilities

• Install and administrate the servers of the SIEM Infrastructure
• Develop automation on the different tasks and self-service tool
• Participate to the integration of new technologies logs
• Support logs parsing using custom parser/GROK development.
• Project management
• Be a full time member of the Production CSIRT / SIEM Engg team and participate to the various activities of the team

Contributing Responsibilities

• Contribute to the Permanent Control framework for implementation of policies and procedures in day‐to‐day business activities, such as Control Plan.
• Comply with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines.
• Contribute to the reporting of all incidents according to the Incident Management System

Candidate Requirements:

• Hands-on production experience with Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana, and Beats.
• Expertise in managing data ingestion, monitoring, analytics, and log integration.
• Proven experience installing, administering, and maintaining SIEM servers.
• Familiarity with integrating new technology logs and developing log parsers (e.g., GROK).
• Solid experience with Linux (RedHat/Ubuntu) for system administration and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in scripting languages like Python or Bash.
• Experience with automation tools like Ansible.
• Strong knowledge of Kafka for data streaming and management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage technical projects, including platform integration and cross-functional coordination.
• Hands-on experience providing operational support for complex IT infrastructure in production environments.

• Assist in the organisation of quarterly Board meetings. This may include the procurement of meeting venues and refreshments, preparation of meeting related materials and other logistics related to the Board meetings.

• Assist in the management of Board members including the on and off-boarding of Board members, coordination of attendance, etc.

• Be responsible for the timely documentation of work completed.

• Organise and assist in the Records and Knowledge management activities which may include meetings, reports generation, activity tracking etc.

• Attend to all telephone and visitors’ enquiries at frontdesk.
• Administer receiving of all company mails/parcels.
• Sorting, scanning and filing of documents.
• Administer the supply of company’s stationaries, equipment and office pantry. Including assistance in organizing Company functions.
• Data entry into HR system (including verification against other HR records)
• Work passes application, renewal, and cancellation.
• PLRD notification of employment and cessation of employment.
• Security Licence application and renewal.
• Preparation of HR Letters (Certificate of Employment, Confirmation, etc.)
• HR & Recruitment duties, onboarding and offboarding; including liaising with external vendors and employment agencies.
• To prepare, compile and submit HR reports to HR Manager monthly and/ or ad hoc basis.
• Working closely with HR Manager and respective department on any HR & administrative needs.
• Interviews, on/off boarding process, career fairs, etc.
• Other ad hoc admin and HR duties assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Independent and must be able to multi-task.
• Good knowledge of employment laws and best practices and well-versed in MS Office
• Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and perform in a fast-paced environment.
