The Legal Negotiations team has frontline responsibility for negotiating the legal terms and conditions of our customer contracts worldwide. Our colleagues depend on us to gain deep product and commercial contract knowledge in order to support them in closing the deal, while protecting our businesses from undue legal risk.

Based in Singapore, you will be an integral part of the Legal Department, working closely and supported by your Negotiations colleagues and In-house Counsel. You will be responsible for negotiating licensing agreements with Bloomberg's customers which range from major financial institutions to government entities across a wide range of fin-tech products and services that are dynamic and often cutting-edge. We'll rely on you to build internal partnerships and balance both the needs and drive of Bloomberg Sales and our customers in a time-sensitive environment.

• Respond to contract inquiries and negotiate legal terms and conditions with our customers
• Multitask 30+ contract negotiations and projects at a time
• Develop strong partnerships with Legal Counsel, Sales, Product, Contracts and Accounting teams

Job Description

You will be responsible for supporting the Chief Legal Officer and the Chief Compliance Officer, in managing Legal, Regulatory Compliance (RC) and Conduct risks, aligning to the Enterprise Risk Management Framework. You will be responsible for supporting the implementation of Legal, RC and Conduct frameworks, policies and procedures for Trust. The role is a 50:50 split across the Legal and Compliance teams.

The Role Responsibility:

• Provide advice and training on legal/regulatory requirements, policies and standards of professional conduct.
• Support the design and end-to-end implementation of appropriate Legal, RC and Conduct frameworks, policies and procedures for identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, mitigating and reporting Legal, RC and Conduct risks, including data conduct, for digital-led banking in Singapore, and ensure effective management of issues and risks in collaboration with relevant stakeholders, and compliance with applicable regulations, policies and procedures.
• Perform second line of defence role for managing Legal, RC and Conduct risks, and escalate issues, as appropriate.
• Keep abreast of legal/regulatory developments, manage legal/regulatory consultations and support legislative/regulatory change implementation.
• Provide legal and regulatory advice, and drafting to the business with a focus on our retail banking products, including credit cards, lending and savings account.
• Reviewing and advising on legal and regulatory matters for customer journeys, new products and features, customer communications and marketing materials.

The Security Engineer plans and oversees monitoring and maintenance of security operations, and provides direction and leadership to internal resources. He/She provides expertise on security technologies and innovative security concepts, and works toward enhancing the resilience of security operations. He/She coordinates ongoing reviews of existing security programs, protocols, and planned upgrades. 1. Implement security operations strategy

• Contribute to the definition of the overall security strategy

• Develop contingency and disaster recovery plans for specific security incidents
• Coordinate prioritisation of alarms and resources for incident responses
• Oversee the development of emergency protocols
• Recommend systems and procedures for the prevention, detection, containment and correction of security breaches

Requirements:

• 5 years of relevant experience
• Risk assessment experience - able to articulate security policies of the organization.
• Experience in AV/ATP Solutions, firewalls, Policies/Compliance.
• Experience in AD/ID administration as per best security practices.
• Having cloud security experience is an advantage
• Exposure in IM8 or equivalent
• Experience in any of these technologies is good to have.
