• Mentoring the progress and utilities team involved in the variety of LTA/MRT project.

• Develop designs of wet & dry utilities, utilities diversion schemes according to different standards and requirements.

• Propose circuit and line on each utility agency.

• Management of NCE and trial trench works for locating existing utility.

• Coordinate with authorities, consultants, sub-contractors and project site operation team to facilitate installation works and progress on site.

• Responsible for managing all aspect of utilities coordination works planning and technical co-ordination of all services installation work scheduling for LTA/MRT Project.

• Manage & monitor progress, quality of workmanship and compliance with authority requirements to get an approval for water, drainage and other major utilities diversion.

• Minimum 5 years of Engineering experience with Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by PE Board or qualification acceptable to Commissioner of Building Control as eligible for application as Resident Engineer or Recognise Degree in the relevant field subject to the acceptance of the Engineer/Manager and at least 3 years of experience in the construction supervision for projects of similar scale and complexity.

Technical Knowledge and Credentials: ·

Hands-on experience in Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps (MDCA) · Design, Build, and Test MDCA docker infrastructure in production setup · Develop and document use cases · Operationalization of MDCA processes for BAU · MDCA Policies · Creation of Shadow-IT, Threat, DLP, and Cloud protection policies · Develop advanced use cases for deep visibility into SaaS apps · Tune alerts and document response actions. · Experience with Microsoft integrations: · Azure Active Directory · MS Defender (for Office365, for Endpoint, For Identity, MDCA) · Strong understanding of Microsoft Information Protection, and data loss prevention infrastructures and techniques · Broad understanding of Data Governance and Data Protection concepts. · Knowledge of Microsoft Purview, AIP · Understanding of the business, privacy, security, and compliance challenges surrounding Data Protection.

What Will You Do?

• Develop, maintain, and operationalise a Threat Risk Assessment framework for HDB to identify and mitigate the threats and risks in its IT systems and programmes.

• Work with key stakeholders to ensure high cybersecurity posture of application systems through activities such as the following:
i. Promote secure coding practices.
ii. Review of Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) Cases
iii. Facilitate remediation of vulnerabilities arising from application security testing
iv. Setup DevSecOps through CI/CD pipeline
v. Securing Cloud Workloads
vi. Procure & Maintain Security testing Tools/services to support source code review and VAPT.

• Related works include Threat Risk Assessment, project specific cybersecurity specification, cybersecurity proposals evaluation, cybersecurity design review, System Security Acceptance Test and review, Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Test.

• Manage and promote IT security awareness and outreach programme.

• Keep abreast of the latest industry ICT security practices and technologies as well as emerging threats and vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate controls for implementation to improve the enterprise security posture.

• lead and/or participate in the adoption of new technological advances and best practices in infrastructure security systems to mitigate security risks.

You will be a Great Fit if you:

You should possess a strong background in ICT Security, Information Security, Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity or equivalent.

• At least 2 years of experience in ICT works involving the setup, development, and management of web-based systems, with at least 2years of relevant ICT security work experience.

• Preferably possess one or more appropriate IT security certifications, such as CISSP, CRISC, CISM, CISA, CEH, etc

• Preferably with strong knowledge and experience in information and cybersecurity risks, controls, vulnerability assessment/penetration testing, compliance, and industry IT/cyber security best-practices.

Good to Have:

• Domain knowledge of access control; telecommunications and network security; cloud security; Cybersecurity & information security governance and risk management; software development security; cryptography; security architecture and design; operations security; security incident response and management; business continuity and disaster recovery planning; legal regulations, investigations, and compliance; physical (environmental) security

• Knowledge in IT security principles and IT controls as well as industry best practices and frameworks pertaining to IT Controls (IM8, COBIT, ISO27001/2 etc.)

• Good understanding of the current IT/Cyber Security landscape Great Attitude to bring the best out our team

Opening in 2023, Artyzen Singapore will be the first new hotel added to Singapore’s Orchard Road district in over a decade. What was once the sprawling home of the late Tan Hoon Siang (grandson of Singapore philanthropist Tan Tock Seng) is being transformed into a 20-story luxury property. The 142 rooms will sport a distinctive aesthetic, fusing reinterpreted facets of Peranakan art and style with contemporary design.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and back of house areas to the hotel’s high standards, including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and changing linens.
• Ensure that guest rooms are properly stocked with amenities and supplies, such as towels, linens, and toiletries.
• Report any maintenance issues or damage to the Housekeeping Manager immediately.
• Respond promptly to guest requests for additional amenities or services, such as extra towels, pillows, or blankets.
• Complete daily room assignments and assist with special projects as needed.
• Communicate effectively with other departments, such as Front Office and Engineering, to ensure that guest needs are met.
• Follow all safety and security procedures, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times, reflecting the hotel’s commitment to exceptional guest service.
• Attend all required training sessions and meetings.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure the seamless operation of the hotel.
