Purpose and Scope
The C&S Designer plays a pivotal role in creating and managing 3D models of projects which is crucial to the successful delivery of building projects.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Participate in design and model coordination meetings (for C&S) and review sessions when required
• Enforce BIM strategies, processes and standards, model content and quality control for the discipline/assigned scope of works

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Develop and execute fundraising strategies to acquire, nurture, engage and retain donors. Research and implement new initiatives to increase donor database and income.
2. Individually achieve fundraising target by cultivating existing and new strategic partners and accounts.
3. Relationship management - Build and nurture relationships and CSR programmes with major donors, corporations, trusts and foundations through.
4. Pro-actively acquire and identify potential new donors/partnerships to increase funding.
5. Assist in organising Charity Events 3-4 times a year.
6. Project/Event Management - Working with vendors, manage event and project budgets, conduct post-event evaluations.
7. Public facing that involves giving presentations to donors, organisations and foundations, as well as attending networking events and conferences to build network of donors and partners.
8. Copywrite for appeals.
9. Develop new channels/partnerships for fund raising through webinars and corporate outreach.
10. Increase yield of digital marketing channels.
11. Build and grow database year on year.
12. Prepare database for the mailing of all appeals, PIC newsletter, event invitations, annual reports, desktop calendars, electronic mailers and other mailing as and when required.

• Diploma/Degree in business, communications, public relations or marketing.
• Proven experience in fundraising, business development, mass. communications, digital marketing.
• Team player.
• Good organisation, communication, marketing and graphic designing skills.
• Able to work independently and flexibly, and manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
• Must be IT savvy and adept at using various social media platforms.

Working Hours

Total 44 hours per work week.

8.30am to 5.00pm, 5 day work week.

Responsibilities:

• Perform white-box and black-box security scans, system, and application platform hardening.
• Develop scripts to automate system hardening and security vulnerability assessments.
• Maintain and enhance security test suites in QA builds.
• Optimize system performance and reliability to improve user experience.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and security compliance.
• Collaborate with Software Quality Engineers for system integration testing and defect life cycle management.
• Improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies in partnership with Software Quality Engineers.
• Take on secondary roles such as Application Performance Engineer or Software Quality Engineer when required.
• Work with cross-functional teams to integrate and enhance security in the development pipeline.

Experience and Skills Required:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in application security vulnerability assessment, analysis, and remediation.
• Exposure to agile development environments is advantageous.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as GitLab or equivalents is a plus.
• Experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is an added advantage.
• Proficiency with security tools like OWASP ZAP, Burp Suite, SQL Map, Nessus, Nmap, Fortify WebInspect, or equivalents is preferred.
• Familiarity with tools like Checkmarx, Static Application Security Testing (SAST), or Dynamic Application Security Testing (DAST) is highly desirable.
• Possession of certifications such as CSSLP, CEH, CISSP, OSCP, GPEN, GWAPT, or CREST Registered Penetration Tester (CRT) is advantageous.
• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Computer/Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, or related disciplines.

Certifications That Add Value:

• Security certifications like CSSLP, CEH, CISSP, OSCP, GPEN, GWAPT, or CREST Registered Penetration Tester (CRT).
• Certifications in risk management or application security testing, such as GIAC Web Application Penetration Tester (GWAPT) or equivalents.

Job Description

· Co-ordination and supervision of M&E works

· Liaise with M&E Consultants

· Ascertain and make provision for all M&E and building services in collaboration with the project staff

· Monitor progress, quality of workmanship and compliance with authority requirements.

· Highlight and advise the project staff on the interfacing of M&E services and the building works

· Coordination with multiple parties not limiting to design consultants / engineers, clients’ project representatives, statutory / authority agencies etc. for the establishment of the design deliverables requirements for submission

· Review design deliverables together with the design consultants / engineers and ensure that it is in order for submission

· Attend to technical clarifications as and when required to address technical issues and establish method statements

· Project Management and sites supervision works.

· Able to coordinate with contractors and consultants for engineering issues and drawing plans.

· Perform all duties in accordance with company policies, processes, systems and procedures.

Job Requirements:

Minimum five years of engineering experience with Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by the PE Board or qualification acceptable to the Commissioner of Building Control and eligible for application as a Resident Engineer or Recognised Degree in the relevant field subject to the acceptance of the Engineer, and at least three years of experience in the construction supervision for building projects with basement structures.
