about the job
You will be a legal associate handling a wide range of acquisitions, divestments, transactions and capital raising of major real estate projects and developments in the tourism, travel accommodations and recreational lodgings space. These deals are often times of a high value and cross jurisdictional nature.

about the manager/team
You will be working in tandem with the partners and associates of the firm's corporate real estate department both in Singapore and across the firm's international offices.

skills and experience required
You must be called to the Singapore bar with at least 6 PQE. England and Wales SQE qualifications are desirable. In depth corporate real estate and M&A experiences are essential for this role. Prior funds formation are an added advantage.
