Purpose and Scope
The C&S Designer plays a pivotal role in creating and managing 3D models of projects which is crucial to the successful delivery of building projects.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Participate in design and model coordination meetings (for C&S) and review sessions when required
• Enforce BIM strategies, processes and standards, model content and quality control for the discipline/assigned scope of works
• Implement and manage BIM Execution Plan
• Create 3D model content and modelling using specified tools and/or prepare 2D drawings in Revit/AutoCAD as relevant or required
• Generate clash detection report and other relevant reports from 3D models
• To develop documentation for submission to Authorities including BIM e-submission
• Archival of 3D models, prepare user handover and related documentation
• Drawing production from 3D models and administer 3D models/drawings distribution to relevant users in compliance with stipulated procedures
• Coordinate and liaise with project/construction team on submissions, updates or changes, and checking for clashes with other disciplines (Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical etc..)

Qualification, Skills and Experience:

• Diploma/ Higher Nitec from any discipline related to consultancy design and construction works.

• Knowledge and Skilled in using BIM tools for design / construction documentation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise, execute and coordinate project activities together with a group of Engineers and Technicians
• Monitor and control project on schedule, within budgeted cost and quality standards.
• Work closely with consultant/ project owner to ensure project is delivered according to requirements.
• Perform system programming and troubleshooting during project implementation.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Higher Nitec in Electrical and/or Electronics
• 1-2 years’ experience in site supervision and coordination with main contractors and subcontractors
• Must have hands-on experience in alarm, card access and CCTV system installation knowledge.

Primary Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of the Day Shift Security Officer at Toh Guan Dormitory include, but are not limited to, the following:

Access Control

· Monitoring and controlling access to the dormitory premises.

· Verifying the identity of individuals entering and exiting the facility.

· Issuing visitor passes and ensuring all visitors are registered.

· Ensuring that unauthorized individuals do not gain access to the premises.

· Maintaining logs of all entries and exits for record-keeping purposes.

Patrolling

· Conduct regular patrols of the dormitory grounds and interior areas.

· Monitoring for any unusual or suspicious activities.

· Ensuring that safety protocols are adhered to by residents and staff.

· Inspecting all security equipment and reporting any malfunctions or issues.

· Responding promptly to any security-related incidents or emergencies.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure a safe and secure environment for guests and team members.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle incidents professionally.
• Respond to first aid incidents and emergencies.
• Perform security duties at designated areas within the property.
