• To pick and pack stock according to D/O received.
• To ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
• To receive and process warehouse stocks (receive, unload, store).
• To communicate and cooperate with superiors and co-workers.
• To report any discrepancies.
• Basic housekeeping at the end of the day at the warehouse.
• Other ad-hoc duties as and when required.
• 5.5 Days work week

Requirement

• Minimum 1 to 2 years relevant experience
• Candidate must possess at least Primary/O Level/Diploma/NITEC or any field of study
• Added advantage if possess a Forklift License
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced and dynamic warehouse logistics environment.
• Physically fit as carrying of cartons of bottles are required
• Careful, detailed and willing to learn/take initiative
• Able to start immediately is an advantage

The Admin Assistant is responsible to provide general office and administrative support to ensure efficient and effective operations.

• Develop effective and efficient workflow and processes/procedures, liaise with various department and stakeholder to align processes for ensuring compliance to all applicable regulations and standards
• Address client feedback by investigating and gathering information, work closely with internal parties to close service gaps promptly
• Make recommendations to continuously improve client experience
• Prepare and submit monthly reports to track operational and service outcomes
• Liaise and coordinate with Health agencies and external parties as assigned

Requirements

• Degree in healthcare related field with at least 2 years of relevant working experience
• Meticulous and analytical, with strong problem solving skills
• A team player, able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient with MS Office

Marketing Assistant Manager Responsibilities:

Marketing Assistant Manager Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field.

Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.

Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Good organization skills.

Description
