We are looking for applicants who graduate in electrical engineering from ITE, Polytechnics, University, with or without experiences. Starting salary will be $2,000 to $5,000 per month depening on paper qualifications and year of experiences. We offer 5 days' work per week. Job Responsibilities:

· Handle and support day-to-day HR and Admin related matters

· Prepare HR Letters (i.e. Disciplinary, Contracts, Confirmation, Extension of Probation, Promotion, etc.)

· Maintain accuracy of HR database and updating employee records in HR information system

· Follow up and ensure that all employees’ employment status is updated and processed timely

· Ensure all documentations are properly filed (i.e. P-Files, E-P Files)

· Check and verify staff attendance for Payroll processing

· Check and verify employees’ leave application, medical claims, etc.

· Validate and prepare biometrics report for billing

· Handle employees’ enquiries and feedbacks

· Assist in claims submission, government grants, insurance, etc.

· Assist in coordinating training and development need for employees

· Handle walk-in interviews

· Any other HR/Admin duties assigned

Job Requirements:

· Diploma in Human Resource Management and/or related field

· Minimum 1 year of experience in HR Function (Candidates with no experience are welcomed. Training will be provided)

· Basic knowledge of Employment Act, IRAS and MOM regulations and HR best practices

· Strong organizational and administrative skills

· Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office

· Positive working attitude, people-oriented, strong team player, excellent communication, and interpersonal skill

· Attention to detail and accuracy in handling HR documentation

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

· Meticulous and pleasant disposition

1) Must be able to prepare shop drawings, fabrication drawings and as-built drawings for roller shutter doors.

2) Must be well experienced in designing submarine doors and submarine windows.

3) Must be highly adaptable to work at various jobsite, including exposure to outdoor working environments.

4) Flexible working arrangement but candidates must be willing to work long and irregular hours, including on weekends if projects are operational.

5) Must have working knowledge of AutoCad 2D & 3D.

6) Must have a 4 years Diploma.

7) Minimum 4 years experience in construction sites.

The primary duties and responsibilities of an Accounting Assistant include:

• Processing both accounts payable and receivable transactions
• Managing invoices and tax payments
• Assisting in the preparation of budgets and financial reports
• Tracking and reconciling bank statements
• Organizing financial data into useable information and maintain updated records
• Assist with audits and year-end financial reporting
• Processing payroll and maintaining employee records
