Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities

JOB REQUIREMENTS:Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business or related discipline
Minimum 4 years of experience in sales, Indian/Bangladesh wholesale brand consumer products with a preference for the industry

Preferably with experience in wholesale/retail packaging (household & groceries) and good knowledge in Indian/Bangladesh.

Wholesale household and groceries products distributions through various channels
Preferably bilingual to liaise with Indian/Bangladesh speaking suppliers and vendors in view of working/business environment communication.

Willing to do rotating shift work and flexibility to work late evenings

Able to work longer hours with prolonged period of standing

Must be willing to work on weekends/PH. (Strictly off on week days)
Field work required.

Need to do delivery if driver is off / medical leave or urgency of goods when required
Must have knowledge to control storage room temperatures for frozen products, vegetables etc

Able to withstand considerable exterior noise and extreme temperature fluctuations in warehouse
Strong market analysis and strategy planning skills

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to the dentist for all dental procedures.
• Perform front desk duties such as answering phone calls, attending to patients, attending to patient queries, and taking care of clinic inventory.
• Perform admin duties such as maintaining clinical records, filing, etc.
• Maintain overall hygiene standard in the clinic.
• Responsible for cleaning, disinfection, and sterilisation of instruments and equipment.

Requirements

• 2 or more years of experience as a Dental Assistant
• Passion for caring for migrant worker community.
• Able to work independently and is a team player
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good customer-fronting and customer service skills

Work Hours

There is flexibility in the arrangement of work hours; the Senior Dental Assistant must be able to fulfill some of the volunteer clinic evening / weekend shifts:

• Clinic Operating Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.30am – 6.00pm,
• Volunteer Clinic Operating Hours: Weekdays, 6.00pm – 10.00pm / 1 Weekend, 2.30pm-6.00pm

Monthly Salary Range

We're looking to you to assist the dental surgeon and manage the front desk , ensuring our patients are well looked after, and anticipating their needs. To do this we are looking for someone with empathy and enthusiasm, who loves working with people and willing to go the extra mile for patients to make them comfortable.

The environment is dynamic so you should be meticulous and able to multi-task . It would be great if you can speak a language other than English, you do need to be keen to learn.

Responsibilities include:

• Prepare patients for treatments and check up
• Select and Set up instruments ,equipments and material
• Sterilize instruments, follow strict infection control protocol
• Assist the dentist through 4 handed dentistry
• Keep the operatory well stocked
• schedule appointments and assist with payment procedures
• Registration and discharge (dispensing medication, collecting payment, arrange appointments and provide reminders, etc.)
• Managing inventory and ordering stock
• You will be the touch point for patient enquiries (be it in person, on the phone, chat or by WhatsApp), and ensure that patient records and other supplies are in order.
• You will have to make sure the clinic environment is kept clean and welcoming.
• Submit medisave claims, lab cases, as well as insurance/other claims
• Other duties that may be added over time
