We are looking for a friendly, outgoing, and detail-oriented Shop Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will help create a welcoming atmosphere for our customers, guide them through our tattoo selection process, and assist with day-to-day operations to ensure a smooth customer experience. You will be a crucial part of our team, helping customers feel comfortable and satisfied with their experience at Jagua Tattoo Studio.
Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Service:
• Greet and welcome customers, ensuring they feel comfortable and informed about our services.
• Assist customers in selecting tattoo designs, explaining the Jagua tattoo process, and addressing any questions or concerns.
• Educate customers on aftercare instructions for their Jagua tattoos.
• Sales Support:
• Promote and upsell products or services, such as additional designs, tattoo accessories, or aftercare products.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system and handle cash, credit, and other payment methods.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions and offers, communicating these to customers when appropriate.
• Store Maintenance:
• Keep the studio clean, organized, and well-stocked, including displays, merchandise, and supplies.
• Ensure work areas and customer seating areas are sanitized and prepared for each customer.
• Perform regular inventory checks, alerting management to any stock shortages or reorder needs.
• Social Media Support (if required):
• Assist in capturing photos or videos for social media content.
• Provide support in engaging with followers and responding to messages on social platforms when needed.
Key Skills:
• Prior experience in retail or customer service is an advantage.
• Friendly, enthusiastic, and able to communicate effectively with a diverse range of customers.
• Ability to handle cash and card transactions accurately.
• Basic knowledge of social media and an interest in creating content is an added advantage.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing customer needs, and maintain a positive attitude.
