Job Description

• Responsible for Equipment Uptime, Productivity and CIP.
• Work in a cleanroom environment for long hours.
• In-charge of PM planning, Equipment Maintenance, and Parts Management.
• Co-work with Engineer to resolve equipment/line issues.
• To improve and enhance machine performance and upgrade machine capability.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma/Higher Nitec/Nitec in Engineering (Electrical / Electronic / Mechanical), or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in manufacturing environment.
• Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.

Job Purpose

• Assisting driver during delivery to customers, make sure all products that delivered are in good condition before handling them to customers.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure all daily delivery orders (DOs) entrusted are delivered to customers according to the schedule given. Any delay in fulfillment must be communicated back to Traffic Controller.
• Ensure all delivery orders (DOs) are properly endorsed with clean POD (Proof Of Delivery)
• Maintaining high standards of health and safety, hygiene and security in the work environment.
• Display teamwork within team to ensure productivity targets / KPIs are met.
• Ensure daily delivery accident free with no damages
• Assess the load and prepare trucks for loading and ensure proper stacking and lashing to prevent falling or getting loose during the delivery trip.
• Take charge of the assigned delivery and assist the driver at all times
• Assist Traffic Controller in investigation and completion of CAPA report
• Assist the driver to carry out regular cleaning and basis maintenance for the assigned vehicle
• Carry out delivery activities as per SOPs, flow processes, WIs and feedback to Traffic Controller.
• Perform other job tasks as and when assign by the superior

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum 3 years similar work experience
• Experience in cargo / truck loading and lashing
• Ability to work harmoniously with others in the team
• Ability to plan and load with “eye for details”
• Demonstrated ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
• Logistic and delivery experiences

• Manage full set of Retail Accounts Receivables including update daily sales report, cash book, credit card collection, voucher reimbursement, perform receipt voucher, monthly sales report submission to landlord and month end AR closing journal.
• Manage full set of Account Payable for shipment including invoice and PO matching, data entry of invoices, payment voucher and supplier recon.
• Perform month end closing journal and schedule.
• Perform store’s stock take reconciliation and verification.
• Support warehouse’s inventory count.
• Support company’s events when required.
• Assists in year-end audit.
• Assists in filing and other administrative work.
• Ad-hoc assignments from Accountant / Financial Controller
