Individual to be involved in:

1. Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.

2. Help prepare and update project schedules, ensuring all milestones are met.

3. Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

4. Participate in project scope definition, cost estimation, and procurement processes.

5. Support the Project Manager in overseeing the day-to-day activities of electrical works, ensuring that all tasks are completed on schedule and within budget.

6. Assist in managing project documentation, including plans, permits, contracts, and change orders.

7. Assist the Project Manager in monitoring project budgets, expenses, and financial performance.

8. Help organize meetings and project reviews, and assist in the preparation of progress reports, presentations, and updates.

Technical Skills and Competencies:

1. Ability to generate reports and update timelines to monitor project performance.

2. Ability to estimate costs for materials, labor, and equipment based on electrical works and project scope.

3. Competence in tracking expenses, managing project budgets, and understanding financial reports.

4. Understanding of quality control practices to ensure work is completed to specification and meets safety requirements.

5. Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to project scope, quality, schedule, and safety.

6. Proficiency in handling unforeseen issues and implementing corrective actions to stay within project parameters.

Job Descriptions

• Responsible for handling exports/shipping operations to global markets.
• Liaise with external parties and coordinate shipments with respective factories/customers/service provider.
• Prepare shipping documents, invoice and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Involved in procurement activities, prepare the PO and follow up the shipment
• Verify service provider bills for payment
• Follow up the account receivable
• Sorting and scanning the full set of shipping documents
• Any other assignments which may be assigned from time to time

Job Requirements

• Bachelor/Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management
• Minimum 2 years shipping experiences
• Preferably with experience in Imports & Exports
• Experience with SAP and MS Office applications
• Willing to learn and must have positive working attitude

• Conducting library holdings check to determine if the library has the material or not
• Stock-take and check condition of donated items upon receipt
• Sorting and categorising materials in various formats ranging from books, manuscripts, letters, documents, photographs to ephemera, and in various subject areas
• Compiling listings of the materials including capturing photos of the items listed
• Conducting basic research (on the internet) for information relating to the materials, organization or personality
• Transcribing handwritten manuscripts or inscriptions in photographs, to facilitate categorization and compilation work
• Packing of the donated collections at NLB premises and/or Donor’s premises and preparing them for transportation to the requested destination

General Administrative duties:

Qualification:

• Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident
• Minimum Diploma level or equivalent

• IT savvy with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English language. Proficiency in a second language such as Mandarin (with the ability to read and type in Hanyu pinyin) would be an advantage

This IT Operations Asst Analyst role will be supporting all IT services, the computer systems and network environment (including IT/OT) in the Singapore manufacturing plant to ensure operational stability. This individual will be customer focused with good technical skills and be self-directed in troubleshooting, maintaining, and continuously improving IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Plant IT equipment setup, installation, troubleshooting and resolution activities
• Network and Compute infrastructure sustain support
• Support PepsiCo’s Cybersecurity programs
• End user Workplace Programs, user support and Training
• Enterprise Solutions Applications Testing
• Administration of user accounts and provisioning of systems access

Qualifications

• Tertiary education or equivalent in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field
• Proven track record in IT with at least 8 years’ experience in a similar role
• IT Infrastructure experience with good understanding and expertise across relevant manufacturing systems, programs, applications. Key areas are Network, Compute, Security, Workplace Services and Manufacturing IT/OT
• Experience collaborating, building relationships across multiple functions and diverse teams
• Project Management skills/experience
• Experience in stakeholder and third-party vendor management
• Experience in scoping/evaluating proposals for new solutions, troubleshooting/escalating issues on existing solutions
• Demonstrated understanding of business drivers/priorities/operations/process/IT & OT applications
• Good breadth and depth in technologies namely: Active Directory, Windows, Office365, RD Web, SCCM, Intune, Network, Telephony, Managed Print Services
• Excellent verbal, written communication skills and presentation skills
• End to end ownership; act as owner by taking a holistic approach to solutions scoping and problem solving and actively driving collaboration across functions
