Job responsibility & requirements

• Makes travel arrangements for staff such as booking flights, cars, hotel or restaurant reservations
• Submit and reconcile expense reports
• Must have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook. Knowledge of appropriate software including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
• High school diploma or equivalent education required
• Language Skills: Mandarin is a must
• 3 to 5 years of administrative assistant experience
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
