• Work closely with residents, ensuring all actions align with Carehaven's values, regulatory requirements, and the diverse needs of individuals.
• Provide feedback on residents' progress and concerns, ensuring open communication with management.
• Assist in the holistic care of residents, collaborating with shelter partners to meet their needs.
• Facilitate activities and programs that foster community bonding and life skills development.
• Ensure smooth operations of daily activities, supporting both staff and volunteers.
• Provide assistance for events or special visits, ensuring smooth execution.
• Monitor and maintain safety and order on the premises, immediately addressing any issues.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications and actions, especially when handling sensitive situations.
• Attend meetings and participate in professional development opportunities.
• Provide timely and open communication, contributing to a constructive feedback culture.
• Participate in training and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge.

• Qualifications: GCE N or O-level
• A good communicator
• Work in collaboration with the team
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Meticulous, resourceful, independent and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Working Hours

Total work is 44 hours per week.

Under normal circumstances the hours of duty will be as follows:

9.00am to 6.00pm : Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday (inclusive 1 hour lunch break)
