Job Summary:
We need an organized, detail-oriented Admin Assistant to support our dynamic team by managing administrative tasks, supporting HR functions, and helping to foster a positive work environment. This role is pivotal in ensuring our operations run smoothly, allowing us to focus on innovating for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Manage office communications, schedule appointments, maintain office supplies.
Customer Support: Assist in managing customer inquiries.
Procurement: Coordinate the procurement of office and operational supplies, manage inventory levels.
HR Functions: Assist with payroll processing. Handle employee records, manage new staff onboarding.
Coordinate internal events to improve team culture and morale.
Event Coordination: Plan and execute team-building events, cultural activities, or company gatherings.
Miscellaneous Duties: Support various departments with ad-hoc tasks, ensuring a seamless workflow across the company.
Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role, office management, or similar position preferred.
Skills:

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
