Job Description

1. Perform frontline duties, greet and register patients.

2. Assist in coordinating and controlling the flow of patients.

3. Triage the patients upon their arrival, measuring their vital signs and directing them to appropriate clinical zones.

4. Maintain medical records of patients.

5. Assist doctors and nurses for various patients' medical needs, such as collecting medications and preparing for wound dressing.

6. Oversee processes and keeping records of billing and payment.

7. Assist in maintaining the medical centre’s various stocks and supplies.

8. Address the questions that any patient might have with regards to the medical centre’s operations and workflows.

9. Liaise with the Penjuru Recreation Centre’s managing agents with regards to security and maintenance of the medical centre.

10. Assist in executing preventive health programmes and lessons for the migrant worker population

11. Assist in any other administrative tasks that other staff may need help with.

Requirements

1. GCE “N” levels

2. Matured and have an aptitude for frontline work.

3. Ability to politely greet, direct and control visitors or crowds.

4. Ability to perform administrative tasks such as registering, billing, data entry, navigating simple computer software and keeping records.

5. Ability to use basic equipment for health screening.

6. Ability to work and think creatively.

7. Fluent in spoken and written English. A good command of Mandarin, Tamil and Bengali will be welcomed.

Responsibilities:

* Provide support as needed in the finance departments, including data-entry, posting purchase invoice and others related to finance entries when needed.

* No relevance working experience is require as full training will be provided.

You will work in a team and leverage on a variety of analytics methods, tools, visualization and modelling techniques to provide insights for decision making and solving business problems and challenges.

You will be responsible for the following:

• Gather data from multiple sources, process and analyse to provide trending observations and insights to aid in the planning for the organisation.
• Ensure timely generation of regular reports based on established reporting requirements.
• Work with multiple stakeholders at the organisation, cluster level and ministry level.
• Design, create, maintain powerful visualizations and models that illuminate opportunities to support strategic planning and initiatives, improve organizational performance, project future demand, and advance progress towards population health outcome and impact including conceptualize, define, and develop actionable visualization and dashboard.
• Plan, develop and execute data management strategy, data roadmap, data defect management, reporting/dashboard automation and training to meet organization’s strategic needs and requirement, improve productivity and build NUP analytics capabilities.
• Manage and maintain data repositories with IHIS and department stakeholders, including providing the necessary knowledge sharing for department’s effective use of the repositories for their departments’ needs.
• Manage, improve and govern the relevant policies and guidelines pertaining to data and data related systems and audit.
• Perform any other duties assigned by your supervisor.

Requirements

• Degree from an established university in a related field such as statistics, data science, business analytics, analytics, applied mathematics. Master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management or Public Health will be an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Applicants with at least 3 years of relevant working experience in planning and data analytics environment will be considered for senior position.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, experience working with Tableau for data analysis, integration and creation of dashboards and at least 1 of the data processing languages: excel macros, R, SQL, python, knowledge of OBIEE, H2O Flow, Flexsim and regression methods would be advantageous.
• Adaptive and fast learner.
• A team player with excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills.
• Resourceful and analytical, with ability to synergise data concisely for decision support
• Good in strategic planning and time management. Ability to work in a fast pace environment.
