Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities :
1. To be responsible for all routine clerical duties such as attending telephone calls, typing and filing, etc., for e.g. :
• answering / transferring calls
• receive documents / parcels / items sent to the office
• arrange documents / parcels / items be send out
• received / sorting incoming mails to individual department / persons
• check, order and replenish pantry supplies
• updating of telephone directory
• updating of expiry date for road tax / COE / insurance list
• updating company bus occupancy list
• other administrative matters not mentioned above
2. To update E-time card daily as instructed by site personnel via WhatsApp chat group and check variance against TMS bi-monthly to ensure records in TMS tally with E-time card before payroll closing for the month.
3. To maintain proper filing system (compliance to ISO standard).
4. Assist to liaise with site personnel for workers movements
5. Assist HR Department on Admin aspect like photo taking of new employees, issuance of medical chits to workers, updating of Dormitory list etc. and provide related supports to other departments for operation effectiveness.
6. To assist in any other ad hoc duties assigned by Management
Requirements :
1. Minimum "N"/"O" Level or equivalent preferably with some experiences in construction or related industry.
2. Have initiative and be willing to learn
3. Able to work with minimal supervision
4. Customer-orientated and attentive to details
5. Good communication skills
6. Competent keyboard skills and proficient in Microsoft Words and Excel Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
7. Preferably stay around Jurong or West Area
