General Duties & Responsibilities:

· Prepare the monthly consolidated cash flow for the group’s risk assessment.

· Monitor bank service fees, review banking facilities to assess new requirements, rate competitiveness, and enhance banking relationships.

· Prepare submissions for Trade Finance & Hire Purchase (HP) and handle shipping documents and discrepancies.

· Manage the opening and closing of bank accounts, update bank signatories, and oversee bank token management.

· Prepare and coordinate board resolutions and minutes for finance-related matters.

· Manage foreign exchange (FX) hedging and borrowing rates.

· Ensure banking facilities are adequate to support business expansion.

· Compile P&L and balance sheet analyses to track and ensure compliance with bank covenants.

· Prepare and submit the monthly treasury report to the GM of Finance.

Job Requirements

· Degree in Accounting and Finance.

· Minimum 3 years of relevant treasury experience, particularly in cash management, hedging management and FX trades.

· Proficient in MS Excel.

· Knowledge of financial modelling.

This position supports the marketing team in various tasks related to promotional activities, creative content creation, online sales, and data analysis.

Marketing Duties

· To create content for corporate marketing material in prints, website, mobile, video, and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)

· Create the design on posters, standees and flyers using Photoshop/Canva

- create video using video editing software, and must be comfortable in front of the video.

· Assist in developing strategies to drive traffic to increase revenue

· To create successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution and conversion rate.

· To work on any other project that is assigned by your superior.

Requirements

- Undergraduate student, able to commit for at least 6 months to a full-time internship

- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a flexible, fast fast-paced and challenging environment

- Creative and able to work proactively and effectively with minimal supervision

- A keen eye for detail, good style and design

- Excellent command of writing & verbal communication skills with a flair for words for good copywriting and storytelling

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $600.00 - $800.00 per month (Part time 3 days and full-time 5 days) 8.30am to 6pm

Job description:

* Performs daily walk through of the multi-functional space, conference rooms and general office area and ensure set up for use/occupancy according to checklist

* Ensure reception area are well maintained

* Performing day to day administrative tasks such as printing, scanning, filling of document

* Manage and update space reservations in calendar system

* Answer incoming calls and updating of space booking status

* Track and follow up on activities and simple introduction of event space to walk–in clients

* Provides coverage for the front desk and fulfil receptionist role

* Assist in preparing quotations and invoices when required

* Assist in updating booking system, website and social media with relevant information

* Other ad–hoc duties as and when required by the management

Requirements:

* Highly motivated, good working attitude, good customer service and sense of responsibilities

* Positive mind–set and a solution focused approach

* Able to work independently with minimum supervision

* Able to converse fluently in English & Mandarin

Skills:

* Possess excellent communication skills

* Proficient in Microsoft Words, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint

* Proficient in social media platforms (eg. Facebook, Instagram, Wechat, TikTok etc)

* Experience in updating system, website and social media will an added advantage
