As Logistics Operations Assistant Manager, you are responsible for coordinating and monitoring daily warehouses activities, in order to secure logistic execution and match expected service level at defined costs. How you will contribute

OPERATIONS

· Manage 3PLs to ensure all orders are processed and delivered within SLA;

· Implement a proactive communication to ensure issues are raised clearly to brands

· Partner with 3PLs to verify all SOPs are up to date and are being dully followed

· Review daily forecast with 3PLs; confirm they have the staffing in place to operate within SLA

· Partner with the local brands to understand upcoming initiatives, expected go-live, and ensure minimum disruption to the day-to-day operations

Key Responsibilities

1) Organizational Risk Management, Operational Risk Management

i. Develop, review and maintain risk management tools to perform the required assessment
