• Position: Accounts Assistant/Executive (AR/AP) – Up to $3500 – TUAS - Company Transport provided

Main Responsibilities:

• Able to handle AP/AR/GST functions
• Check supplier’s invoices & seeks approval before process payment
• Petty cash reimbursement
• Monthly bank reconciliations & prepare weekly bank balance report
• Assist with the preparation of month-end closing and year-end audits
• Participate in stock take events and inventory related matters
• Assist in any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Possess at least an Account LCCI or equivalent with at least 1 year of working experience
• Familiar with ACCPAC would be an advantage
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Chinese speaking associate
