Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and representing our brand values. As a key point of contact for our customers, you will ensure they have a positive shopping experience while supporting the daily operations of the store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service:
• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that suit their needs.
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations to enhance the shopping experience.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Sales:
• Drive sales by actively engaging with customers and upselling products.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Store Operations:
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
• Replenish stock and merchandise displays according to store standards.
• Assist with inventory management, including stock counts and restocking.
• Point of Sale (POS):
• Operate the POS system efficiently and accurately process transactions.
• Handle cash, credit card, and digital payments securely.
• Teamwork:
• Collaborate with team members to meet store objectives.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and skills.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Basic numeracy and computer skills for operating the POS system.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

• Produce Shop Drawings
• Design proposals 3D visuals / Presentation drawings / Autocad technical drawing for developments project to developers, Preparation of detailed drawings, Construction documents
• Coordinate and handle design development, architectural CAD and drafting detailing
• Coordination / Liaising with Architects
• Ensure proper paperwork / documentation / drawings are in order
• AutoCAD Drafting

Requirements:

• Possess a recognized Degree or Diploma in Architecture
• Building Science, Building Management, Building Services Engineering, Construction Management
• Strong knowledge in use of AutoCAD, BIM Software such as Revit and Microsoft Projects

Responsibilities:-

· Raise Purchase Orders.

· Track orders and follow up the delivery date.

· Coordinating with supplier/ forwarder to ensure smooth delivery of goods.

· Liaise with warehouse staff for goods receiving.

· Verify supplier's invoice with supporting document to accounts for payment.

· All other activities related to purchasing role.

Requirements:-

· Minimum GCE'O'Level or equivalent

· At least 1 year purchasing background experience is preferred

· Entry levels are welcome to apply

· Willing to learn

· Strong problem-solving skills.
