Successful applicants will be working mainly at the front counter of a clinic offering psychiatric and psychological services.

Job description would include, but is not limited to:

1. Registering patients that come for consultations, arranging appointments and collecting payment.

2. Answering emails and phone calls pertaining to clinic matters

3. Dispensing medication to patients after sufficient training is provided.

4. Assisting the clinicians in the clinic with administrative matters

5. Able to work in a team handling administrative matters in a busy clinic

A good command of English, good work ethic is required.

Experience with dispensing medication would be a strong plus.

Food Preparation:

• Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, marinating meat, and preparing sauces.
• Ensure that food items are prepared according to standardized recipes and portion sizes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workstation.

Cooking:

• Perform basic cooking duties, including grilling, frying, and baking.
• Monitor cooking temperatures and times to ensure food safety and quality.

Stock Management:

• Receive and store deliveries of food and kitchen supplies.
• Keep track of inventory levels and report shortages to the Kitchen Manager.
• Rotate and organize stock to maintain freshness and prevent waste.

Cleaning and Sanitization:

• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen surfaces, utensils, and equipment.
• Follow proper hygiene practices and food safety guidelines at all times.
• Assist with dishwashing and kitchen cleaning duties as needed.

Assistance with Menu Development:

• Provide input and suggestions for menu items and recipes based on experience and customer feedback.
• Participate in menu tastings and offer constructive feedback to the culinary team.

Compliance and Safety:

• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including HACCP standards.
• Report any safety hazards or incidents to the Manager immediately.
• Possess Food Safety certificate will be preferred.

Assisting in unstuffing of containers and arranging the goods into the warehouse;

- Picking and packing of goods and putting them in lorries;

- Organising the goods and keeping the warehouse in a clean and neat manner; and

Our client is a private rehab center looking for a rehab assistant to assist in their daily routine.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist in the implementation of treatment plans and rehabilitation exercises under the guidance of the rehabilitation therapists.

· Help patients with physical activities such as walking, stretching, strengthening exercises, and mobility tasks.

· Monitor patients during therapy sessions and report progress or concerns to therapists.

· Set up and maintain therapy equipment (e.g., exercise machines, weights, mobility aids).

· Assist with patient transfers, positioning, and mobility around the facility.

· Record and maintain accurate patient progress notes, including any changes in condition.

· Ensure that patients are comfortable, safe, and supported throughout therapy sessions.

· Provide basic administrative support (e.g., scheduling appointments, updating records, assisting with patient intake).

· Educate and encourage patients in performing prescribed exercises at home to facilitate recovery.

· Assist in patient assessments, including measurements of strength, range of motion, and endurance.

· Provide emotional support to patients, ensuring they feel motivated and engaged during their rehabilitation process.

· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the therapy area and equipment.

Requirement :

· Minimum ITE Skills Certificates or equivalent required.

· A Diploma in Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy is an advantage.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Basic IT proficiency (e.g., Microsoft Word and Excel).

· Customer-focused, service-oriented, and a team player.

· 2 years of relevant work experience preferred.
