We are now seeking to fill the following position in our Singapore team.

Claims Senior Executive/Assistant Manager (depending on experience)

Responsibilities:

• Directly involved in all aspects of the claims handling process

• Ensure timely update of claims records and conduct regular review of claims details to ensure up-to-date info, accuracy and adequacy of reserves

• Assess and calculate liability of claim against coverage for approval

• Ensure all settlement of claims are properly documented and approved within authority limit.

• Monitor claims development and collate losses for major loss events

• Analyze and collate the claims statistics for underwriting evaluation/renewal and for reserve review purpose.

• Follow up on claims to attain up to date status

• Liaise with cedants and brokers to achieve clarity in claims situation

• Communicate with relevant depts on claims updates

• Liaise with head office on overall settlement exceeding authority granted

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma holder

• At least 2 - 5 years of working experience in handling general insurance claims, preferably in a reinsurance environment

• Familiarity with the SICS system and MS Excel will be an added advantage

• Fluent in written and spoken languages

• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills

• Able to work well in a team

• Salary commensurate with experience

Healthcare Support Department supports frail/home-bound elderly in their healthcare needs so that they can remain to age well at the comfort of their homes and in the community. The department understands the challenges faced in taking care of elderly at home. They ensure there is continuity of care integrating healthcare and social support whenever necessary so that caregivers and their loved ones will be well-supported and enjoy good care at the same time.

Responsibilities:

• Provide care, support and assistance to the elderly (such as Personal hygiene task, Activities of Daily Living (ADL), Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADL) and respite/eldersitting
• Conduct basic mind stimulating activities (e.g. memory games)
• Maintenance exercises as prescribed by PT/OT
• Provide safe care to clients (such as fall prevention, medication safety)

Requirements:

• Min. GCE ‘N’ Level / WSQ Higher Certificate or Advanced Certificate in Healthcare Support / ITE approved Healthcare Programme
• Preferably with a current BCLS certificate
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Able to communicate in English and other languages
• This position is on contract basis
• Able to work on Saturdays
• Part-time position is available

Assistant Engineer (Project Management )

Summary:

• Equipment set up for various systems, conduct testing & commissioning

• Follow up with clients in a timely manner

• Assist sales team with site survey & system design

• Provide support and manage project

• Perform troubleshooting & repair / replace faulty parts

• Provide onsite support to diagnose and rectify technical issue

• Ad hoc duties as required

Additional Information:

Job Scope:

• Assist in the coordination and movement of ambulant and non-ambulant patients requiring radiological services within hospital.
• Provide basic pre and post-examination care to patients, such as changing attire, oral contrast preparation, and post-procedural instructions.
• Demonstrate good interpersonal skills with patients and staff.
• Handle general enquiries from patients pertaining to radiology examinations and defer to radiographers when necessary
• Prepare the imaging room, equipment, and consumables for procedures.
• Maintain inventory and supply of linen in storage areas and changing rooms, and consumables within examination rooms.
• Assist in the movement and transport of imaging equipment, phantoms, and documentation containing sensitive patient information.
• Assist radiographer in patient transferring, using proper posture and techniques.
• Assist with the handling and storage of request forms and films during downtime protocols.
• Perform routine cleaning of imaging equipment and assist with quality control and basic handling of equipment.
• Maintain overall cleanliness and tidiness of the work environment, examination room, waiting areas, and imaging accessories used during examinations.
