Job Responsibilities:

• Perform administrative duties including data entry, filing, and retrieving of files.
• Letters preparation, checking on letters and documents.
• Scanning and indexing documents
• Sorting & dispatch of documents
• Creation of records and Input of security documents information in system
• Comply with the Company’s and/ or customer’s Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirement, guidelines, and relevant codes of practices.
• Other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned by Superior.

Job Requirement:

• At least Diploma in any field.
• Minimum 1 year working experience in an office and or data entry working environment.
• Candidates without relevant experience may be considered based on merit.
• Basic computer knowledge and skill, preferable knowledge in Microsoft office (excel and/ or word)
• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Good attitude, willing to learn and able to follow instructions.
• Able to perform overtime work as and when required.
• Working Location: Jurong East or Changi Business Park. (This role will be deploying to Customer's premises)

Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect all incoming materials, reconcile with order requirements, e.g. Delivery Notes and other documents. Immediately inform Store Assistant of any abnormalities in the orders.
• Pack, prepare and check the finished goods and all the necessary dispatch documentations (authorised release note, etc.) for timely dispatch to ensure meeting the targeted delivery plan.
• Work closely with Planner on weekly launching of raw materials and tooling to production line to ensure smooth flow of operations and delivery schedules are met.
• Monitor and control to ensure accurate and efficient stock movement and inventory level.
• Perform Final view inspection, kitting processes and customer’s eyes inspection for delivery to customer.
• Maintain good housekeeping and ensure safety & compliance within the work function responsibilities
• Carry out duties as assigned by superior.

Requirements:

• NITEC qualification or equivalent
• At least 2 years of working experience in manufacturing environment. Prior experience in Store/warehouse or inspection role would be an advantage.
• Valid forklift license will be an advantage.
• Able to communicate, read & write in English.
• Good housekeeping practise.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Warehouse Logistics

1. Packing, organising and labelling of cargos
2. Receiving cargos and signing off documents.
3. Manning of the reception counter to attend to deliveries can calls for deliveries
4. Ensure accuracy of the items received and highlight to buyer in charge any discrepancies/ damage found
5. Prepare shipping documents and send it on time to clients where applicable.
6. Prepare Delivery Order and assist in cargos collection from forwarders.

Procurement Admin

1. Assist in Procurement Orders Processing in Microsoft Dynamics
2. Process online orders and ensure delivery process is complete
3. Setting up of new online vendor accounts.
4. Getting quotes for courier cost & book arrangement for small packages where applicable.
5. Any other admin scope assigned

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES

QUALIFICATION GUIDE

1. Education: Minimum ITE graduate
2. Communication: Fluent both in Oral and written English communication
3. Experience: Minimum 2 year of solid experience on Warehouse & Admin Assistant role.
