RESPONSIBILITIES

To provide comprehensive administrative support for both executive and operational functions, including:

• Filing of documents such as transfer, return and recovery vouchers.
• Ensure accurate updates of inventory usage of the organization.
• Raising purchase requests of inventory items.
• Perform Goods Received Note (GRN).

Job Overview:

The Philanthropy Advisor will offer knowledge, experience and innovative ideas around donor cultivation and relationship management.

Tabulate financial reports (lost/shortage/dispute/revenue/reports)

• Greet customers, take orders, suggest and recommend meal promotions appropriately

Job Summary:

Responsible for maintaining tax compliance and reporting of taxes to meet the company’s tax requirements. May provide services in tax research, audit responses and other specific tax-related areas.
