Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding and offboarding
• Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR documentation
• Prepare HR-related documents such as employment contract, addendums and letters
• Manage leave applications, attendance records, claims and payroll data entry
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and local labor regulations
• Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing and document management
• Coordinate office supplies, manage inventory and ensure an organised office environment
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers
• Provide administrative support to the team

Qualification/Skill Set required:

• At least 1-2 years of HR admin experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or related discipline
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, efficient, resourceful and self-initiative
