• Handle all travel arrangements – flight/train bookings, hotel accommodation, visa applications if required
• Travel support for senior executives/events whenever necessary
• Assist the Director with project management and deliverable execution ensuring deadlines are met
• Managing credit card expenses, claims and liaising with banks on behalf
• Support Editorial team in the daily operations
• Work with Editorial, Art and Digital teams to help source and organize visual assets and press materials
• Monitor and ensure all deadlines and deliverables are met
• Liaise with brand partners and other external parties on PR requests and/or events coordination
• Manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
• Run errands and provide support where required

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Degree holders preferred
• At least 3 years of working experience in a related field
• Strong interpersonal, organization and problem solving skills
• Diligent, systematic and meticulous
• A team player with high level of integrity, responsibility and trustworthiness
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to engage with stakeholders and communicate effectively.

Admin Assistant

Description:

• Screen and manage all incoming calls efficiency, redirect to the respective person and record down message if necessary
• Handle indoor sales include customer inquiries, quotation, purchase orders, and follow through to closure
• Front level to handle customer enquiries and service support (calls/emails/Live Chat)
• Responsible for office, pantry and stationery supplies, logbooks,
• System data entry/ cold calling etc
• Understanding of the Company's range of products and services to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction
• Execute digital marketing campaigns and full spectrum In charge of In-house Brand and E-commerce platforms (Qoo10, Shopee, Lazada, etc.)
• Inventory management and pricing strategies
• File and retrieve of documents, records and reports
• Procurement (sourcing, agreeing to terms, acquiring goods from an external source, marking buying decisions)
• Attending and greeting visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Serving of beverage to all guests and customers
• Manage and upkeep meeting rooms cleanliness

Requirements :

• Min GCE “N”/’O’ level or equivalent
• Relevant 1-2 years relevant working experience
• Able to work independently without much guidance
• Full of initiative, committed, meticulous, fast learner
• Computer literate in MS office, outlook
• Comfortable to work in SME environment
