Your duties as Clinic Assistant include but are not limited to the following:

1. Preparation:

About the role:

The OA role has the responsibility to support vessel day to day operations such as:

Assist the Vessel Operations Superintendent as instructed and ensuring deck plan for project equipment is ready including assisting the VOS with mobilisation and demobilisation activities in an efficient and timely manner. File time sheets of the contractors and maintain documentation of certification / service reports for equipment mobilized.

• Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports.
• Manage office filing systems, both digital and physical.
• Provide support to staff and management as needed.
• Perform general office duties such as photocopying and scanning.
• The role involves working in an English and Mandarin-speaking environment to facilitate effective communication with clients and team members.

Responsibilities:
1. Maintain and ensure accurate inventory control database systems and records.
2. Maintain and upkeep the storage of all inventory and equipment.
3. Coordinate with production / sites on incoming, damage or rework goods.
4. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, Standard Operating Processes. (SOP), Safety and Security Policy.
5. Assist driver to customer’s destination to offload delivery items.

Requirements:
1. Willingness to learn systems and adaptable to changes.
2. Able to work well in a team environment and independently.
3. Possess verbal and written communication skills.
4. Able to perform overtime when required.
5. Able to perform manual work.
6. Forklift license will be an advantage.
