Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Engineering Assistant to support certification and mechanical design activities. The successful candidate will assist in the preparation and execution of certification documentation and tests while contributing to mechanical design tasks using industry-standard tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and submitting qualification plans, test plans, test reports, and other required technical documentation for certification activities.
• Support the execution of various tests to ensure compliance with certification requirements.
• Provide assistance with mechanical design tasks using Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD software.
• Maintain and organize technical records, test data, and documentation.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure the smooth progression of projects.

Job Requirements:

Education and Experience:

• Diploma in Aeronautical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in mechanical design.

Skills and Competencies:

• Proficiency in Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information in English.
• Good organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently as needed.

Additional Information:

• Familiarity with aviation standards and certification processes will be an advantage

Job Descriptions:

• Meticulous handling of clinical specimens.
• Perform specimen registration accurately and timely into the Laboratory Information System.
• Understand clinical and test terminologies.
• Adhere to procedures in specimen management, including centrifugation, storage, retrieval and disposal.
• Possess good time-management skills.
• May be rotated to other lab locations or shifts, as necessary.
• Attend to incoming calls and general enquiries from clients in a professional manner.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by extending responsive and meticulous support.
• Attend to clients queries and problems diligently and timely.
• Ensures the discharge of duties and responsibilities with diligence.
• Observes PDPA (Personal Data Protection Act) guidelines and chain of custody of specimens.

Job Requirements:

• GCE "N" / "O" Level, NiTEC in Biomedical Science
• The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year experience.
• Able to work independently as well as a team.
• Good laboratory, organisational and administrative skills.
• Computer literacy.
• Service and customer oriented.
• Relevant work experience in a hospital laboratory is an added advantage.

Responsbilities:

-Handle all types of accounting jobs across diverse industries.

-Prepare and submit tax return/GST return for clients.

-Timely preparation of client's accounts and financial reports to avoid late lodgement with ACRA & IRAS etc.

-Multi-tasking and work independently with self initiative.

-Liaise with client independently in the course of work

Requirements:

-Degree/ACCA/Diploma in Accounting

-1-5 years experiences (Preferably in CPA firm) is a plus

-Knowledge of Singapore Corporate tax, individual tax and GST

-Knowledge in MYOB and Xero is a plus

-Client focused wiht good communication and people skills

-Systematic, analytical and throught to work with a sense of accountability, integrity and discretion.

Descriptions:

1. Assist and support in providing tax compliance and advisory services to clients spanning various industries

2. Prepare clients' corporate and individual tax returns, including estimated chargeable income filing and withholding tax returns

3. Assist clients in responding to queries from the tax authorities

4. Attend to queries from clients and all matters arising from a portfolio of clients

5. Other tax related tasks

Requirements:

- Degree/ACCA in Accountancy and Tax with 2-5 years experiences

- Excellent communications skills

- Systematic, analytical and through approach to work, with a sense of accountability, integrity and discretion
