RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receiving, storing, and organizing incoming stock.
• Picking and packing orders for shipment.
• Loading and unloading delivery vehicles.
• Keeping detailed records of inventory.
• Inspecting goods for defects or damages.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Assisting with inventory audits.
• Operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Communicating effectively with other warehouse staff and supervisors.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• To provide transportation service for company staff from designated pick-up points to workplace and vice versa.
• To provide transport services to company guests, directors, principals, etc. as and when assigned.

• Carry out the process of returned goods from customers and submit the returned goods form for further corrective actions.
• Ensure and maintain the warehouse cleanliness at all times.
• Report to superior on the security aspect of the warehouse including but not limited to parts storage, fire hazards, and personnel safety.
• Carry out regular cycle count and annual stock taking activities.
• Work together with superior to plan inventory for spare parts stock level, and make recommendation for parts obsolescence program, provision and write off.
• Ensure and carry out duties with proper PPE, personal behaviour, workplace safety, work performances, and individual cleanliness.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as and when required by the Management

• Coordinate with Operation / Treasury and Shared Service Centre on posting on receipts
• Prepare weekly or monthly report such as AR / AP Aging
• Perform posting to SAP such as loan financing.
• Perform interco, bank and loan reconciliation at the end of each month
• Liaise with external auditors in respect of year-end audit.
• Undertake ad-hoc assignments.
• Support in terms of the automation project by actively participating and providing necessary scenarios that will facilitate the system design.
