Key Responsibilities

Accounts Support:

• Assist with daily bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Process invoices, payments, and expense claims accurately and in a timely manner.
• Support in accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) functions.
• Reconcile bank statements and maintain financial spreadsheets.
• Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and other accounting documents.

Administrative Support:

• Perform general office duties, such as answering phone calls, managing emails, and handling correspondence.
• Maintain and organize filing systems for both physical and digital records.
• Order and manage office supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
• Handle HR-related administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records and assisting with onboarding.

General Support:

• Provide assistance during audits, ensuring all required documentation is readily available.
• Support other departments as needed with administrative and clerical tasks.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
