RESPONSIBILITIES

The Social Work Assistant supports the Social Workers in the administrative functions related to students' matters such as preparing students admissions letters and documents, processing subsidies applications, and administering subsidies. He / She will also support the school general office in day-to-day operations, including working with bus vendors and uniform vendor.

Financial Administration:

• Process applications for MOE FAS, VWOTS, STS, SPMF, Edusave, GIRO, Student Pass, Concessionary Pass, DDR Card etc, matters related to students.
• Administer various subsidies and Edusave.
• Maintain an updated list of recipients for MOE FAS, ETS, STS, SPMF, and travelling subsidy.

SUMMARY:

Responsible for the daily shift operations of Housekeeping and Internal Laundry. Directs and works with employees to ensure property guestrooms, public space and employee areas are clean and well maintained. Job Description:

Job Responsibilities
