Our client is Singapore leading player in Real Instate industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Executive Assistant, in hopes of developing the current high performing Secretary team. They are located in the Central area – easily accessible.

Duties of Executive Assistant:

• Manage Directors’ schedules efficiently.
• Draft various documents and maintain quality standards.
• Coordinate meetings and disseminate communications promptly.
• Plan business events involving internal and external stakeholders.
• Handle confidential strategic projects for Senior Management.
• Lead cross-divisional team projects with effective communication.
• Assist in onboarding top executives and new joiners.
• Arrange travel logistics and handle expense reporting.
• Coordinate with drivers and manage vehicle maintenance for executive transportation.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma holder in any discipline
• Min 5 years of secretarial experience to Senior Management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

We are partnering with a premier Montessori preschool in Chicago, committed to providing personalized education, flexible care options, and enriching extracurricular activities. About the Role:

• Position: Assistant Preschool Teacher
• Location: Chicago city or suburb
• Salary: USD $40,000 annually
• Availability: Immediate for city placements; December for suburban placements
• Visa Sponsorship: H1B1 visa, renewable

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach and conduct daily Circle Time sessions in Mandarin to children aged 18 months to 6 years, leveraging your language skills.
• Engage in the Cultural Immersion Programme, communicating in Mandarin with children throughout the day and in English with staff and management.

• Fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese is required to teach children in Mandarin and communicate effectively with staff and management in English.
• A Degree in Education or a related field.
• Willingness to relocate to Chicago and adapt to a new environment.
• Passion for early childhood education and a love for working with children.
• Previous experience teaching children under 6 years old is preferred.
• Basic understanding or interest in Montessori education principles is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
