Accounts Responsibilities:

1. Fee Collection and InvoicingManage tuition fee collections from students and parents.
   Generate and send invoices or receipts.
   Follow up on outstanding payments.
   
2. Expense ManagementRecord and monitor company expenses.
   Process claims, reimbursements, and supplier payments.
   
3. Payroll SupportProcess tutor and staff salaries.
   Calculate CPF contributions, if applicable.
   
4. Audit PreparationOrganize and provide documents for audits or tax filings.
   

Administrative Responsibilities:

1. General Office AdministrationHandle phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
   Order and maintain office supplies.
   Schedule and coordinate meetings or appointments.
   
2. Student Enrollment SupportAssist with registration of new students.
   Update and maintain student records in the system (e.g., NYON).
   
3. Tutor and Staff SupportPrepare teaching materials as requested by tutors.
   Coordinate tutor schedules and classroom bookings.
   
4. Data Entry and FilingMaintain accurate and organized digital and physical filing systems.
   Update data into management systems regularly.
   
5. Compliance and DocumentationEnsure compliance with company policies and procedures.
   Handle any official correspondence with external parties.
   

Key Skills Required:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail for financial and student records.
• Good communication skills for parent and student interaction.
• Familiarity with CPF and Singapore's employment regulations is a plus.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9 am to 5.30pm), Saturday & Sunday (8.30am to 5.30pm)

To provide administrative assistance and support to the nursing team of the ward

1. Prepare, compile and maintain patient medical records in the ward.
2. Verify ward stock consumable supplies and maintain established inventory level.

Responsible for the coordination of projects, including small tenant improvements, assignments, capital improvements and building or site repairs for properties; may provide project management support to Project Managers or Directors for designated projects.

About the role

• Review requisitions, change orders, payment applications and other invoices associated with the project
• Support staff responsible for specific sites to identify requirements, estimate costs, prepare schedules, and coordinate completion of required work
• Participate in building evaluations (due diligence reviews) and assist with preparation of physical audit reports
• Assist in the selection and contracting process of consultants and construction contractors, as necessary for each project
• Issue regular status reports to personnel regarding work in progress
• Get buy in and obtain appropriate approval for organizational changes, project plans and expenditures in excess of approved budget
• Perform related assignments, as required, in the daily operation of the group
• Report directly to the Project Manager and assist in managing government projects.
• Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including daily reports, monthly progress updates, and any other required submissions.
• Conduct daily and weekly site walks to monitor and update the progress of work.
• Oversee and direct main contractor activities, ensuring tasks align with project objectives.
• Attend site meetings and actively participate in all internal and external inspections and handovers.
• Ensure all deliverables are completed with quality and minimal critical defects, meeting client requirements.
• Keep track on Main-contractor submission to consultant such as, drawings, method of statement, materials submission as per contract specification.
• Act as the liaison on-site between the main contractor, clients, and consultants to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
• Manage cash flow projections, identify potential cost overruns, and highlight risks of late delivery to the Project Manager.
• Manage Main-Contractor micro schedule to ensure they meet project deadlines

About You

• A high school diploma is required.
• A Bachelors degree with a major in architecture, engineering, building construction or other related technical area is preferred
• A minimum of 2 years of prior work experience in architecture, construction or project management field is preferred
